Who are the fittest athletes? Arguably, it’s boxers. Who are the most mentally disciplined? It’s obviously boxers because it takes a lot of mental discipline to consistently get punched in the head, sit in a corner, stand up, and get hit some more. In this class, you’ll work on the boxing fundamentals, including quick footwork, punches, jabs, taking hits, and delivering the biggest blows. Sting like a bee! As you punch your way to Mike Tyson-like biceps, you will notice an overall improvement in strength, endurance, and flexibility. Fight... for your right... to box!
