There is no better way to step away from your busy, chaotic life than with a free open meditation session at Yoga For All Beings.
How you spend your hour of meditation and mindfulness is entirely up to you. You can choose to silently meditate in Yoga For All Being’s comfortable new studio, soaking in the positive energy of your fellow meditators -- or you could consult with a teacher and receive guidance, including tips on posture, focus, and breathing. And you can stay for whatever portion of the hour you’d like.
Meditation has been proven to help with stress, weight loss, fatigue, and many other areas of life. So put away all the energy drinks and experience a mindful rejuvenation that will kickstart your life!
Note: This is a come as you please, leave as you please class. A YFAB teacher will be present in the lobby during scheduled meditation to sign-in arrivals throughout the hour as well as to offer students any desired guidance.
