    Crystal River Manatee Swim

    You probably won't find any actual crystals while you snorkel in this river, but you'll come across something much more majestic -- manatees! Upon arrival at the picturesque Crystal River, you will enjoy a fabulous narrated boat tour.     The Mysterious Blackwater Creek Kayaking

    The Blackwater Creek is for those paddlers who enjoy a bit more adventure and love serious wilderness. The creek flows through an ancient, maybe prehistoric, cypress swamp. Born on the waters of Lake Norris, the creek stretches for over twenty miles, eventually emerging onto the Wekiva River just upstream from the St. Johns River. You'll paddle the last five shady and twisting miles through gorgeous scenery. Upon reaching the confluence with the Wild and Scenic Wekiva River, you will paddle 3.5 miles upstream on Wekiva to Katie's Landing.     Everglades Airboat Tour & Alligator Encounter

    Step away from the hustle and bustle of the city to visit, Kenansville, a 1-hour drive outside Orlando, where you can enjoy Florida's natural beauty. Your day begins with a 1-hour airboat tour deep into the 4,200 acres (1,699 hectares) of protected swamps, marshes and rivers that make up the Central Florida Everglades. Your US Coast Guard captain will give you an in-depth look at the gators, birds, eagles, trees and plants that make up these beautiful wetlands. Experience an untouched part of Florida and soak in the quiet, picturesque atmosphere, where you won't see any city development or homes. After your airboat ride, watch a live alligator demonstration. During this approximately 20-minute instructional and hands-on experience, you'll learn about the anatomy of the American alligator and its habits, as well as the types of dangers associated with this animal. You'll also have an opportunity to hold or touch the gator and take a picture with it (photo included)! At noon, enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch at the park, which includes your choice of meat (pulled pork, smoked ribs or smoked chicken) a side dish, bread and a drink -- a true Florida barbecue! You'll then have time to explore the 13 acre (5.26 hectares) park on your own and visit the wildlife exhibits, where you can see a zebra, a white-tailed deer, Watusi cattle, alligators and tortoises, as well as the tropical bird aviary.
