All online classes begin with floor work to help you understand and discover body center and appendages control in order to utilize the body as a unit of movement. From there, you'll build a jazz dance foundation through standing center work and progressions across the floor. For Graham techniques, the contraction and release principles are used throughout the entire class. Master the techniques, principles, and vocabulary of jazz dance.
