    Pole Fitness Dance Basics

    Let out the sultry person inside you! Pole Pro’s classes are fitness based and focus on developing muscle tone and improving cardiovascular health. All classes begin with a yoga-Pilates based floor warm-up that centers on stretching, toning and warming up muscles which in effect, gradually improves strength and flexibility. Once you are warmed up your experienced instructors will go over all fundamental moves, like turns, crawls, spins and struts. Gain the skills to choreograph a routine that will leave your partner’s jaw hanging. Don’t worry if you don’t have a background in fitness or dance, all that’s required is the desire to spin!
