This intro level pole class is the perfect place to start, no experience necessary. You’ll learn the basics starting with a warm-up and an introduction to proper foot and hand placement techniques. That will be followed by learning the pole walk and some beginner level moves such as the classic fireman, poses, and pirouettes. You’ll get an amazing total body workout, gain muscle and core stability, as well as flexibility.
