Ready to explore your sexy side on your own? Get creative with this fun spin on the traditional pole dance class!

You're free work on your own moves over the course of the class, practicing skills learned in more structured training, and developing you own choreography. As you dance, an experienced instructor will be in studio to help you with technical adjustments and to support your exploration.

In addition to being an articulate and dazzling dance style, pole dancing is also great fun and a tremendous compliment to your fitness routine. As you workout, you'll be elongating your body, developing your core strength and motor coordination, and putting together the pieces of a confident, sexy new you!
