Sometimes you want to be able to defend yourself with more than just your hands and feet. In this class, you'll learn the ancient art of fighting with sticks, knives, and swords.
Under the guidance of your expert instructor, you'll practice proper stances, footwork, thrusts, slashes, and defensive maneuvers. You'll also learn weaponless hand to hand combat techniques. As you train, you'll gain the speed, the strength, and the confidence that comes from knowing that you can defend yourself in a real life situation.
