Tai Chi l is an introduction to Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese internal martial art form based on principles of Yin and Yang and Taoist philosophy. The Yang style movements are slow, even, gentle, and large. Physically, you'll build balance, stability, lower body strength, and awareness of body movement. Mentally, the art is calming and helps build concentration and memory.
