  • How do I use Vimbly?  

    Find and book exactly what you’re looking for in three clicks. If you have an activity in mind, simply type what you’re looking for into one of the search bars and sort through the results. Haven’t got any ideas? Not a problem! Just browse the various categories and refine your search based on your date, time, price, and part of town preferences.

  • What is the Bucket List?  

    Your Bucket List is where you can save the activities you’d like to take in the future. You’ll also be the first to know when new schedules have been added, making it so you never have to worry about sold out activities again!

    All you need to start your bucket list is an email.

  • Who do I contact for activity-related questions?

  • What does Vimbly charge me for making the reservation?  

    Nothing! Free! Zilch! There is no cost for making an activity booking.

  • Does Vimbly provide any guarantees or assurances?  

    We sure do — check out our Vimbly Handshake! In the unlikely situation that you are disappointed with an activity you booked through Vimbly, we’re happy to refund you. Why? Because building a community of happy users is our #1 priority.

  • How can I recommend new activities for you to add?  

    We're always interested in learning about new activities to include on Vimbly! Just email us at help@vimbly.com.

  • Do you offer gift cards?  

    You bet! Gift cards make the perfect gift idea as they can be used towards any activity on Vimbly and never expire. Simply purchase a gift card and have a beautiful e-gift card emailed to the recipient directly. From there, they can easily choose the activity, date, and time that works best for them.

  • Where can I submit my feedback for Vimbly?

  • What if my crush doesn’t like me back?

  • Where does the name Vimbly come from?  

    Very + Nimbly = Vimbly :)

Activity Booking

  • When do I pay for an activity?  

    Most activities require payment at the time the booking is placed. For some activities, payment is due when you arrive.

  • Why do activities require payment when the booking is placed?  

    For some activities, there are setup costs incurred by the vendor for each participant in advance of the activity, such as buying supplies or renting space. These vendors may require prepayment to hold the spot in order to prevent them from incurring those costs without a participant.

  • Do I need to print anything out before showing up at my activity?  

    You don't actually need to have anything with you since the vendor will have all your information. Keep the email confirmation that we sent you just in case. If you really like paperwork, you can bring a printout of it as well -- but you won’t need that any more than you would for a restaurant reservation.

    In the unlikely situation a vendor does require a printed voucher (maybe the activity involves an EMP), this will be noted in your confirmation email.

  • How far in advance do I have to book an activity?  

    Some activities do require some advance notice prior to the beginning of the activity. If the activity is bookable through Vimbly, then there is sufficient time to sign up prior to the start time for the activity.

  • What if I want to bring a friend? Can I re-book for two?  

    When making the original booking, select the number of people that will be attending. If you'd like to change the number of people after you've already made a booking, just reply to the confirmation email and we'll update your booking immediately.

  • What do I do if the activity says that it is "fully booked"?  

    Add the activity to your bucket list! As soon as the vendor releases their new schedule, you’ll be the first to know!

  • How do I schedule a private event?  

    Planning something special for a corporate outing, birthday, bachelorette party, or even just a private activity with close friends? Let Vimbly plan it for you! Provide some quick information on our Private Booking page, and someone will respond to your submission within 3 hours. Easy!

  • Do I need to bring any extra materials or wear anything special to my activity?  

    A description of anything special you are required to bring or wear will be provided for you in your booking confirmation email. Feel free to also give us a call (212-858-9559) if you have any questions and we’ll be happy to help!

Cancellation Policy

  • How do I reschedule or cancel a reservation?  

    You can either log in to your account to make the cancellation, or simply reply to the confirmation email with your request. A live (and friendly) person will be in touch!

  • What is your cancellation policy?  

    The cancellation policy varies from activity to activity and is based on the vendor’s terms. Each activity’s cancellation policy is highlighted on its activity page.

  • What about fees for no-shows or late cancellations?  

    Activities that require prepayment may have no-show or late cancellation fees as determined by the vendor providing that activity. If this is the case, it will be explicitly stated in the cancellation policy section of each activity’s page.

  • How do I get a refund for my cancelled booking?  

    Refunds are issued in accordance with the policy of the vendor providing the activity you booked. As soon as the vendor honors your refund request, we immediately issue the refund back to the original form of payment.
