    Wu Shu

In this class you will start with a warm up, stretching, and strength training exercises to improve skill, stamina, strength, flexibility and overall health. The majority of class will focus on perfecting certain forms, which are a series of choreographed shadow boxing movements that form a set. These forms improve coordination, concentration, cardiovascular stamina, physical strength, and grace. You'll practice a variety of different types of movements, including punching, kicking, acrobatics, tumbling, high and low stances, and even weapon training once you're ready.
