    Wu Shu

    Better self discipline, physical health, the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones - do you really need more reasons to start learning a martial art? In this class you will start with a warm up, stretching, and strength training exercises to improve skill, stamina, strength, flexibility and overall health. The majority of class will focus on perfecting certain forms, which are a series of choreographed shadow boxing movements that form a set. These forms improve coordination, concentration, cardiovascular stamina, physical strength, and grace.
