Although derived from martial arts, Tai Chi is a gentle, meditative practice with many benefits, including clarity of mind, stress relief, better digestion, and increased posture ... and it only takes about 20 minutes!

This Florida Wushu Kung Fu Academy offering adds a traditional element not commonly found in American studios, adding sword and fan to the practice. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you'll learn to incorporate those elements into fluid forms and motions, strengthening and elongating your body as you go.

But leave the sword behind, ok? Those tend to get funny looks out in public.

Note: While the practice is short, you'll come out of it feeling both physically and mentally at ease, ready to tackle the world's problems head on!
