During this free trial class, you'll learn how to put your analytical mind to the side and sing from your heart! You'll indulge in kirtan by singing repetitive songs with simple melodies and a few Sanskrit words to channel your energy.
You'll also practice meditation to achieve inner peace and see a clearer purpose to life. Sabeena Yoga encourages its students to follow the 5 Points of Yoga indicated in the teachings of Swami Vishnu-devananda to delay the aging process as well, making for a truly unique experience.
