You don't have to be a spider for THIS martial art -- although that would be pretty effective in Muay Thai.

Muay Thai is called "the art of 8 limbs" for a reason: it focuses on points of contact from hands, elbows, knees, and shins.

You'll discover how to efficiently use all parts of your body to defeat an opponent. No experience is necessary for this lesson, so bring along a rookie friend and be motivated to improve your skills!

For all you arachnophobes out there -- don't worry, there won't actually be any spiders.
