You somehow, inexplicably, find yourself a part of fight club. You're in the middle of a ring, facing a huge guy who's at least a head taller than you with a snarl that sends chills down your spine. How can you possible win this fight?
The answer is: with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). BJJ is a martial art and combat sport that focuses on ground work and ground techniques -- which means that a smaller, weaker person has a fighting chance against a larger, stronger opponent!
Practice moves like submission grappling and joint locks during this session, and learn the skills you need to take down a more powerful opponent.
