In this class, you'll get to meditate and just...be. As a result, you'll get to enjoy the mental health benefits, such as increased focus and decreased stress, and physical health benefits, such as improved circulation and a strengthened immune system, that mediatation has to offer.
Best of all, you'll walk out of class full of positive intentions, whether you're got some experience in the practice, or are trying it out for the first time.
