What you need is this mindfulness class, during which you'll spend four hours practicing the basics of mindfulness. Discover not only how to better connect with others, but also how to better connect with your inner self. You'll learn how to handle and react to stress in a manner that is healthier for your mental well being.
By the end of this class, you'll be able to creatively deal with challenges and change for the benefit of your personal growth. Your physical health will improve as your mind gets stronger!
