You'll learn the sweet science of fisticuffs in a gym featuring state-of-art equipment and professional instruction. Boxing is a great way to satiate your competitive side, while also providing a highly effective workout that will help you build a toned, strong body.

You will use bags and shadow boxing to develop form, power, and speed, and work in controlled sparring sessions to learn to effectively read and react to opponents.
