Is there a physical challenge that affects your ability to move effectively? That's what Adaptive Movement is here for. If you've got limb loss/limb difference or even spinal cord injuries, this progression-based class will improve your movement efficacy.

Your coach will be specially trained in slow and low, earn-your-movement mindfulness.

You'll train in a diverse set of movement skills from something as "basic" as crawling around on your back to hanging from and balancing on beams and bars! If you're at that point, you'll even climb over walls or hit the heavy bag -- there's something for everyone.

Be able to learn at your own pace and discover new ways to move your body and overcome the challenges in your life.
