In this beginner-friendly but all-levels-welcome class, you'll get in some great pole dancing practice while following along to the instructions of a friendly and experienced professional. The class will be built around the needs and abilities of the students, so you'll get to practice any of the basic spins, combos, and floorwork that you need!

You'll also be getting in a quick and comprehensive full-body workout that will strengthen all your core muscles while improving your coordination, flexibility, endurance, and ability to move rhythmically to music.

Note: You must be 18 years or older and weigh under 375 lbs to participate. All classes are welcome to coed students.
