Looking to start exploring the world of martial arts? Sometimes it's best to go in feet first.
This taekwondo sparring class is an excellent way to up your kicking game. You'll have the opportunity to practice taekwondo techniques against a live opponent in a controlled environment. Stationary drills will only take you so far. This is the perfect way to increase you ability to fight in actual circumstances, whether you're preparing for a tournament, or ensuring that you can defend yourself successfully should the situation ever arise.
Build your confidence in your ability to square off against an opponent, and work up a sweat at the same time.
Also, kicking people does wonders for stress release.

What to expect
