Ahh... bar hopping. Stumbling along stained sidewalks from one sticky hole in the wall to the next, dragging your nearly incapacitated, drooling friends. Sounds... nice, doesn't it?
Actually no, it sounds awful. Fortunately, this bar hopping activity is pretty much the polar opposite: It's SAND bar hopping!
As the tide goes out, natural sandbars will appear, and you and your group will paddle in your kayaks from one to another. The tide leaves behind exotic shells, critters, and shallow tidal pools that are perfect for wading birds. You'll take a break mid-trip to swim and chow down on a snack.
This is a calm ride, perfect for a beginner. And it's certainly more relaxing than a night of walking from bar to bar!
