Learn to fly through the air with the greatest of ease in this introductory trapeze class!
You'll start by learning how to warm up for aerial work. Then, you'll learn proper body positions, moves, poses, and progressions, building your foundation at your own pace. By the end of class, you'll be piecing moves together with music, so you can feel what it's like to dance in the air!
You'll finish things off with a cool down that will keep your muscles from tightening up too much. Trapeze is a great workout, and a fantastic way to get in shape while learning a new skill.
