This boxing class combines many traditional elements of boxing with recent developments in the sport and fitness in general. You'll learn basic boxing techniques such as punching, defense, and footwork, for a challenging and informational workout that guarantees an enormous amount of fun. This class, designed for any experience level, will help you develop practical self-defense techniques, confidence, and discipline. The staff have a combined resume of over 300 fights so you can be sure that you're learning from the experts!

Note: This is a trial class for first-timer students only. Drop in/day passes are available for $30. Comfortable clothing and sneakers recommended. Students must be between the ages of 7 to 12 and must be accompanied by an adult during class.
