Come and see why NYPD's Tactical Training Unit and other Law Enforcement Agencies are getting trained in Krav Maga, the self-defense system made famous by the Israeli Defense Forces. One World Self Defence designed this class with beginners in mind, but it’s suitable for all experience levels. You will go over all of the basic moves and be put to the test through stress drills and aggressiveness training. By the end of this class your body will be hardened and honed into a weapon -- But stay away from sketchy dark alleys. Seriously.

You’ll learn the basics of awareness, standing, and movement -- the fundamentals of this fighting style. Afterwards, you’ll get a grasp on striking and defending with both your arms and your legs. By the end of the session, you’ll be well on your way to training your body into a fighting machine! We’re talking the ability to counter armed AND unarmed attacks, including hair grabs, chokes, and bear hugs, as well as threats with knives, sticks, and guns. How’s that sound for a productive hour?
