In this all-levels course, you’ll practice using a basic cane as a weapon against an aggressor while utilizing the techniques and mind-body awareness that are essential to the martial arts of Aikido and Tai Chi.
A professional instructor will guide you as you learn to defend against common attack moves such as strikes, grappling, takedowns, punches, and kicks.
As you make your way through each movement, you’ll become confident in your handling of the cane, and build the basic skills necessary to quickly and effectively wield its power.
