Are your dance moves junk? Well, it’s time to make them jukin’!
This Jukin’ class is guaranteed to turn your moves (and the beat) around! During the class an experienced instructor will teach you a short dance routine, step-by-step, that uses angles and heel-toe movements. You will also participate in a warm up and cool down, in order to make sure your muscles are ready to dance!
You won’t just be learning to perform, you’ll also be toning your whole body! This dance class will strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, and increase your agility.
