This turfing/bonebreaking class is guaranteed to turn your workout (and the beat) around! During the class an experienced instructor will teach you a short dance routine, step-by-step, that uses sliding and contortionist movement. You will also participate in a warm up and cool down, in order to make sure your muscles are ready to dance!
You won’t just be learning to perform, you’ll also be toning your whole body! This dance class will strengthen your muscles, increase your agility, and dramatically improve your flexibility.
