Think you’ve got what it takes to roll around on the ground with other adults in a cage while beating each other senseless? It all starts with the fundamentals.

You’ll be learning techniques that focus on the ground game which is where most mixed martial arts and real-world fights end up.

Practice grappling and submission techniques, as well as escapes for those tricky situations where the arm around your neck is threatening to pop your head off. Of course, getting your opponent to the ground is important too. You’ll learn plenty of punches, kicks, and takedowns to get them there.

In addition to learning a combat sport technique that provides real-world advantages for self-defense, you’ll also be getting a great workout, strengthening your core, and building your stamina. Plus, the study of martial arts has numerous advantages off the mat, including: increased discipline, focus, and awareness.
