Judo, meaning "gentle way", is a modern Japanese martial art and combat sport that originated in the late nineteenth century.

The goal of judo? Beat your opponent senseless -- Gently

Learn how throw your opponent to the ground, subdue them with grappling maneuvers, or force them to submit with joint locks and chokes. You’ll familiarize yourself with the strikes, thrusts, defenses, and submissions necessary to becoming a judo master.
