Looking for a new kind of Vegas bender? Many contortionists have a natural ability for their art, but through repetitive and consistent training, it is possible to attain the same level of flexibility. In this class, you’ll learn the holds and exercises that will get your flexibility to the next level. You’ll be instructed by an actual performance artist, so you can be sure you’re receiving proven, constructive advice that will train your body to be its best. Use your new physical capabilities to improve your technique in other physical forms, such as dance and martial arts. Or just use it for a neat party trick. There’s nothing like surprising your friends and family from curled up inside a cardboard boxes or kitchen cupboard.
