That’s because it’s taught by instructors with professional acrobatic experience. You’ll learn the poses, hand positioning, and transitions that have enthralled show-going audiences for generations. In doing so, you’ll be getting a great workout that will build your physical strength, flexibility, and coordination. Discover a unique new hobby that will get you all hooped up.
