Mindfulness Meditation is an adaptation of an ancient Buddhist Vipassana practice. Vipassana means “to see things as they really are”, which we will practice along with acceptance and nonjudgmental focus; remaining focused on the present moment as we understand the process of observing and releasing thoughts that cause stagnation or blockage within our yourself.
You’ll also learn the fundamentals of ETF Tapping. This technique that uses the same pressure points used in acupuncture, without the invasive needles, to release stress and heal your body.
Needle-less to say, you’ll be relaxed after this class.
