This free trial class will teach you the fundamentals of this venerable self-defense style and sport. You'll work on your punches, kicks and throws under the guidance of a trained sensei, and then practice those techniques on the mat in controlled sparring.
In addition to building the confidence to defend yourself in real life, you'll learn of the incredible feats of strength and endurance Kyokushin Karate has to offer.
