Black swan, white swan, whatever - you just want to dance! Whether you’re an amateur or a professional, you’ll find yourself at home in this challenging yet supportive studio.
While beginners are welcome, it’s generally helpful to have a basic understanding of balletic terms and moves prior to attending, as the class is fast moving and focused. You’ll begin your session with barre and center work, elongating your body and developing proper posture. Then you’ll put it all together in modern choreography that will increase your ability to express with fluidity.
Even if ballet isn’t your main area of interest, it is one of the revered classics of all time, and knowledge of its elements can help inform and support your learning in a number of other styles.
So get in the know, and up on your toes!
Note: Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
