    Dance Jam is a high energy dance class offering easy to follow choreography mixed with some intermediate footwork. It’s the perfect class for working out the stress of the day while getting a great workout in a fun atmosphere. Dance Jam is a class that welcomes all levels on the road to being larger than life and celebrates the rebel in all of us. Dance Jam is 50 minutes of follow-along dance. Participants are free to learn at their own pace and encouraged to make the moves their own. You don’t have to move like anyone else, only yourself. Dance Jam uses hip hop, dance, pop and k-pop songs, with the occasional rockabilly song thrown in to mix it up. Drop in and join the fun!
