If you decide to continue on, after six months of consistent training and testing in the application and evasion of attacks, you'll be armed with the essential striking skills needed to progress to Intermediate/Advanced Level classes.

You may also be given the opportunity to put their skills to the test during live positional sparring drills under the supervision of certified, professional instructors!
