    Mind-Body Reiki and Wellness Session

    Your Reiki and Wellness session will be a very peaceful and relaxing experience. Reiki involves light touch, but it is not a massage or a medical treatment. It is very gentle and many people find it transformative. Although every client's experience is different, most clients feel a sensation of warmth, feel more relaxed and even fall asleep during the session. Many clients report that symptoms that were bothering them before are less noticeable after the session. On occasion, a client may feel the energy of the practitioner's hands even after she moved her hands to a different area of the body. Clients often report a different sensation on the right and on the left side of the body, which is normal. For some clients, the Reiki process opens a stronger connection to inner self, which could be an emotional experience, which is also normal. There is no good way to clearly explain the Reiki experience other than letting it actually happen. Most people feel relaxed for many hours, and often for the rest of the day after their Reiki session. Many people continue to experience the benefits of Reiki even long after the session is over. You will find the whole process to be very supportive, allowing you to re-balance, refocus and feel empowered, and simply feel better overall.
