About this Activity
This meditation class is the perfect way to start off your week on the right foot! Calm and focus your mind with an hour and a half of guided meditation. In this class you'll sample the techniques of yogis and meditators throughout the world, giving you a well rounded meditation education.
Some of the techniques you'll learn during the class include movement manifestation rituals, group dreamscaping, and shamanic journeying. The experienced instructor will create an open and accepting environment and ensure that you feel empowered, healed, and maybe even joyful by the end of class!
