Caique Jiu Jitsu Walnut Academy absolutely DOES NOT condone beating up sexist jerks, but they certainly understand that it's fun to know that you COULD do it. And after attending their Ladies Self Defense class, you'll be more than capable of it. You will learn critical techniques that will help you prevent potential assaults, break free from an attacker, and escape from underneath an attacker who has you pinned. You'll also get in great shape, meet new friends, and feel good about yourself. We'd like to add that there's nothing wrong with braiding your hair and playing with dolls.
