You’ll learn the basics of wrestling with the help of an expert professional instructor. Grappling, throwing, counters, submission -- all in a day’s workout at wrestling class. You’ll start by learning moves in isolation, but by the end of the session you’ll be engaging in full sparring!
And if you like it a whole bunch, you can even try out a FULL Nelson! Whoa, nelly!
