About this Activity
Muay Thai, or Thai boxing, is Thailand's national combat sport. Also a form of self-defense, it engages the entire body, focusing especially on a combination of the hands, feet, elbows, and knees as striking tools. A typical Muay Thai class involves training your footwork, movement, and balance, as well as your ability to throw and to clinch.
Who needs a treadmill machine when you can transform your own body into a fighting machine?

It's everything the reviews say! Adam spoke to me about their approach and its very realistic and individualized. They motivate and help you keep proper technique. I've been to other places where it's "go,go,go!" And they push you with no regard to where you are at physically. This place still requires work but it's a better you with a realistic progression. Glad I found this place

Before I came to A4 I used to work out at the local conventional gym multiple times a week. It wasn't until I got tired of not getting the results I wanted that made me sign up. Within a month I already started to see a transformation in all areas of my fitness. The training staff and owner are extremely helpful and hands on with anything you ask of them.

This review is loooooong overdue! I remember my first time trying out CrossFit over 2 years ago and being out of breath from just the warm up. Since then, I have PR'd every lift and even more importantly, I have learned so much more about my ability and have gained much more confidence in myself. If you are new to CrossFit, all of the coaches stress the importance of safety and form. If you have been doing it a while, they will help push you out of your comfort zone and help you improve. I will be forever grateful for A4 (aka the best gym everrrrrr) and for all of the friends I've made here!

This place is the best. I've been doing their CrossFit, but the boxing and MMA classes are always pretty well attended. The trainers are great, and well worth the money. They make sure you're doing everything right and not risking hurting yourself, which is key.
Can't speak highly enough about the whole experience.

Friendly staff with lots to offer but still give off your small neighborhood gym vibe. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed into the family.
Whether you're into crossfit, muay thai, or boxing, they have classes at all hours for all levels.
If you're in here for boxing, Pete "Pistol Pete" Haro is your guy. I've been taking one-on-one classes with Pete for the last 2 months. He's got loads of experience and a great attitude. After every visit I leave drenched in sweat from head to toe and anxious to come back.
