The aerial hoop -- or lyra -- is a suspended apparatus that allows performers to dazzle onlookers with gravity-defying acrobatics. During your study with Aerial Physique, you’ll receive training in the same high-flying aerial hoop maneuvers executed by circus pros.

You’ll learn the poses, hand positioning, and transitions that have enthralled show-attending audiences for generations.

In doing so, you’ll also be getting a great workout that will build your physical strength, flexibility, and coordination, in addition to taking your confidence levels to new heights!
