In this case, it's the jungle gym approach, as you run, jump, roll, and swing your way to better fitness! Parkour, has becoming increasingly popular in recent years, proving to be an effective and fun way to get in shape.
The parkour approach is to turn everyday objects -- park benches, picnic tables, railings, stairs -- into obstacles, and see how quickly you can get from point A to point B. As you progress in the sport, you'll develop your coordination, reflexes, core strength, and stamina.
You'll learn to embrace this invigorating approach to fitness while working with the trained gymnasts of Adult Parkour Basics in their indoor freerunning environment.
