Free Acting Workshop

Confident auditioning is an essential part of the acting process, and a skill in and of itself. In this engaging, supportive workshop, you'll learn the skills necessary to prepare material, handle cold reads, and audition with confidence. When you enter, you'll get a set of sides, or short scenes. If you're feeling brave, you can even volunteer to prepare the sides and perform on tape, in front of the rest of the group. Learn to break down difficult material into manageable pieces. By the end of the class, you will be able to find "more than what is on the page" -- which is crucial when you are competing in this tough industry.

Note: You will need to bring your headshot and resume to class.
