This introductory class is the perfect way for absolute beginners to learn the fundamental moves of this hybrid martial art. Class begins with a warm-up combining stretching and basic Capoeira moves. You will then learn choreographed routines through sequences and drills to help foster interaction with other students and develop a solid base in the techniques. Build your cardiovascular endurance to the rhythm of a Brazilian drumbeat.
