About this Activity
Work up a sweat stepping and shaking it to different styles of Afro-Brazilian dance. Accompanied by either a music track or live musicians, you will learn the fundamental rhythms, steps, and full body movements of orixá, samba reggae, and axé. Burn calories as you tone your legs and core. You’ll build strength, increase your coordination and rhythm, and forget all about your stresses and cares. This class is almost as good as a trip to Brazil, and definitely less expensive.
