During this one hour class at Brazilian Top Team gym, you can learn a martial art that uses stand-up striking along with clinching techniques. It is a physical and mental sport called Muay Thai, or“the art of eight limbs”, because it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

At BTT, you’ll also learn that martial arts can have an impact outside the gym -- this class will relieve stress, foster self-confidence, and teach you to protect yourself in dangerous situations.
