You'll use different methods to perfect your moves, including shadow boxing, footwork training, heavy bag training, focus mitt training, and Thai pad training. These methods will help you to develop devastating power, speed and superb cardiovascular endurance with your movements. With that level of fitness, you'll be ready to defend yourself in any situation.
